Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Parking

On-site underground parking with unlimited access is available at $19.00 per day plus taxes. Maximum height clearance is 6 foot, 8 inches.

Pet Policy

All pets staying at the hotel must be registered at check-in at the hotel. We will ask you to sign a pet registration and agreement document at check- in. Extra charges are applied for pets.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Winter Season 2015/2016: November 22nd, 2015 - April 16th, 2016
A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax deposit is charged at the time of booking the deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. At 14 days prior to arrival the remaining balance of your stay will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If your stay is cancelled inside of 14 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.

Summer Season 2016: April 17th - November 17th, 2016
A 1 night room and tax deposit is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations received outside of 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. If your stay is cancelled inside of 48 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Winter 2016/2017: November 18th, 2016 – April 15, 2017
A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax deposit is charged at the time of booking, the deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. At 14 days prior to arrival the remaining balance of your stay will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If your stay is cancelled inside of 14 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.

No-shows are treated as cancellations and the policies above apply.
