Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night’s room and taxes. If you are staying within our peak season (December 14 – March 30), please see below for peak season cancellation policies.

As the winter / holiday period is peak season in Whistler, our policies change as followed: December 14 – 22 & January 1 – March 30
Reservations cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival will be charge in full and are non-refundable. Your deposit will be taken 21 days prior to arrival. December 23 – January 3
Reservations cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival will be charge in full and are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit of 3 nights room and tax will be taken at the time of booking and the remainder of your stay will be taken 45 days prior to arrival. No-shows are treated as cancellations and the policies above apply.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
On-site underground parking with unlimited access is available at $20.00 per day plus taxes. Maximum height clearance is 6 foot, 8 inches.
All pets staying at the hotel must be registered at check-in at the hotel. We will ask you to sign a pet registration and agreement document at check- in. Extra charges are applied for pets.
