All pets staying at the hotel must be registered at check-in at the hotel. We will ask you to sign a pet registration and agreement document at check in. Extra charges are applied for pets.Cancellation Policy
Summer Season 2013: April 22nd - November 21st
A 1 night room and tax deposit is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations received outside of 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. If your stay is cancelled inside of 48 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Winter Season 2013/2014: November 22nd - April 26th (Excluding Holiday Season)
A non-refundable 1 night room and tax deposit is charged at the time of booking. 14 days prior to arrival the remaining balance of your stay will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If your stay is cancelled inside of 14 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.
Holiday Season 2013/2014: December 20th - January 4th
A non-refundable 1 night room and tax deposit is charged at the time of booking. 30 days prior to arrival the remaining balance of your stay will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If your stay is cancelled inside of 30 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.
Summer Season 2014: April 24th - November 20th
A 1 night room and tax deposit is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations received outside of 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. If your stay is cancelled inside of 48 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows are treated as cancellations and the policies above apply.
