Winter Season (December 1 - April 15) A non refundable one night room and tax deposit taken at the time of booking. 30 days prior to arrival, remaining funds will automatically be charged to credit card on file. Any cancellations received prior to 30 days will forfeit deposit. If canceled within 30 days of arrival, full amount nonrefundable. Summer Season (April 16 - November 30). One night room and tax deposit taken at time of booking. 48 hours written notice of any cancellation to refund deposit. Any cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival, forfeit deposit.
